XOTO, Inc. stands behind the craftsmanship of each of our vehicles. We will warranty the repair or replacement of any and all defects in material or workmanship from the date you physically receive your product for 1 year, at our discretion. Our batteries are covered under warranty for 2 years or 100,000 cycles, whichever comes first.
That being said, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g. tires, handlebar grips, brake pads, brake cables, paint, etc.), required maintenance, or any damage from misuse or use that is contrary to the owner’s manual (e.g. exceeding maximum rider weight, modifications to the vehicle, etc.), damage as a result of a collision or reckless behavior, or damage as a result of incorrect maintenance and storage procedures.
Please remember that while riding is a lot of fun, there is inherent danger in riding any vehicle. Please wear your helmet and other protective gear, be aware of your surroundings, and drive safely. We hope you keep riding XOTO 3-wheel scooters for many happy years to come.
